Jeff D.G. Mahase - Founder & CEO

Jeff helps clients develop and construct business plans, implement project details for corporate projects and advises the best solutions strategies for securing a government program & tax incentives. Jeff has significant experience of working with clients on strategic, transaction and tax-related questions, across many geographies and varied sectors. Jeff has many successes with submitting SR&ED claims within many diverse industries. Jeff is highly regarded as a top executive in the financial industry, and leads JPHG in Canada.

  • ​Strategic thinker with deep business and industry expertise: Utilizes deep understanding with all aspects of the firm’s businesses, including from his experience as Founder & CEO, to develop, articulate and lead the execution of the firm’s strategic vision, assess risks and guide the firm’s growth, in each case providing his insights and experience to our Board and keeping directors apprised of  developments in our business and industry

Mark B. Armstrong- Senior Vice President

Mark is the Senior Vice President for JPHG and has held numerous leadership roles within large corporations for the past 15 years. Mark has broad experience in the areas of business transformation, financial management, tax incentives and organization effectiveness. He serves many large clients of the firm in Canada & U.S.

Rosie B. Smith- Controller
​

Rosie is the Controller for JPHG. She has 10 years of experience serving as a Controller for numerous Fortune 500 corporations.
